Portfolio Strategies
Portfolio Strategies organises the account into five strategic buckets — Scale, Defend, Fix, Harvest, and Launch — each with its own goal and autonomy, so you manage intent rather than a flat list of campaigns.

Illustrative interface — not customer data.
The problem
A raw list of campaigns hides intent. A launch and a mature cash cow need opposite strategies, but in a campaign list they look the same — and get managed the same, badly.
How it works
Every product and campaign is assigned a strategy: Scale, Defend, Fix, Harvest, or Launch.
Each bucket carries its own goal — a Launch accepts a high ACoS to buy ranking; Harvest protects margin.
Autonomy and guardrails are scoped per bucket, so Autopilot can run Harvest while Fix stays on Co-pilot.
Movement between strategies is explained and kept as history, so you see why a product became Defend rather than Scale.
What you get
- Manage intent, not a spreadsheet of campaigns
- Different rules for launch, growth, defence, and harvest — as it should be
- A record of how the portfolio shifted and why
