High ownership
Small team, real scope. You'll own problems end to end rather than tickets, and the tradeoff is that nobody is coming to make the decision for you.
Practical AI
We're not doing AI for the pitch deck. Every model has to earn its place by making a decision measurably better than the alternative — and we check.
Commercial thinking
This product is about other people's money. Understanding margin, fees, and unit economics isn't a finance concern here; it's the domain.
Strong product judgment
Knowing what not to build is most of the job. We'd rather ship one thing that's right than five that are plausible.
Remote collaboration
Written, asynchronous, and clear. If it matters, it's written down — including the reasoning, not just the conclusion.
Customer obsession
Talk to sellers. Watch them work. The gap between what people say they want and what they actually do is where the product lives.
